I believe everyone in this modern era due to excess amount of data stimulation around them suffers from ADHD.

(short attention span)

The Short form of videos in a way which I am going to discuss is the most effective way available out there in the entire universe to engage them even with their shorter attention span.

That’s a promise!

Let’s begin.

Goal:

Build a significant following on three major social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn).

How:

Utilizing the Short form videos (60 sec or less).

Why Video:

Instagram shifted their algorithm towards incentivizing videos after seeing monstrous growth of TikTok. Youtube introduced Shorts to keep up with the competing platforms. Video is rewarded on 3 of the 4 top platforms.

So, effort to reward ratio is 1:10 with videos, whereas with other formats it’s 3:4(only marginal gain).

Why Now:

Short Form Video is the most preferred content by people all over the world in 2022. And its now or never

  1. According to statistics, about 68% of users will happily watch a business video with a duration of under one minute.
  2. Video posts on LinkedIn are shared 20 times more than other content formats (LinkedIn)
  3. 92% of consumers watch videos with the sound off and 50% rely on captions making it imperative that you create videos that are optimized for silent viewing. (Verizon & Publicis)
  4. About 93% of businesses have landed customers through short-form social media videos. Plus, people share videos twice as any other online content.
